Kendrick

Kendrick includes several classes of models, including epidemic models, deterministic compartmental models, stochastic individual contact models and network-to-individual models. Kendrick provides a domain-specific language and simulation platform for mathematical epidemiological modeling. It helps epidemiologists carry out customized analyses at low cost. It is based on Pharo and is open source under MIT.

Kendrick relies heavily on several tools from the MOOSE meta-modeling platform, including PetitParser and the Roassal visualization engine.
